Staying Warm

The blizzard is making its way across the country.  Bitter cold is at the top of the news.  The human body has marvelous abilities to maintain body heat when the Triple Warmer is strong and healthy.  We have discussed Triple Warmer issues in the last post, which relate to our emotional ability to give and receive warmth in relationships.  We highlighted this function because of its place in romantic interaction.  This time we will put the focus on the physical aspect of maintaining optimum body heat.
If you are angry at a loved one your Triple Warmer will be out of balance and you will have a much more difficult time  physically staying warm.  When angers and disappointments are resolved, the body heat will find balanced and health, even in sub freezing temps.  To use the Toggle tool for this area of health improvement, simply imagine giving a warm embrace to the person you are angry at. This imagining will bring up the stress of resistance and tension we want to target.  Pull in this tension using the Toggle Technique, until you feel relaxed. Within about 10 minutes your Triple Warmer should be balanced and your body heat will substantially improve.
