Sense of urgency rises in the spring

As we know, the emotional system is constantly generating strain.  Often the strain is intense and easy to isolate for the purpose of Toggling.  Some strain is not so obvious, and is sustained as a constant low grade hum that infiltrates all of our actions.  Urgency is one of those emotions.  Each season brings about shifts in different elements.  These shifts can give us access to tensions that, during other times of the year, are more subtle.  Springs accentuates the sense of urgency and rushing.  Calm your system by focusing on this rushing feeling that is more obvious this time of year and pull it in.  Subtle emotions often take days to fully shift.  Use the wave application and pull in "urgency".  This will facilitate relaxed, well thought out plans and actions which will increase your ability to progress smoothly through the spring months.

Let's take it to a new level this year

Hello, It has been awhile since my last post and a lot has been going on.  I have been especially focused on the natural Toggle process. That is to say the recognition of a shift we call Toggling happens that under intense circumstances that at times will naturally give way to deep changes that are our evolution.  Toggling, as we teach it, is a clearer understanding of the shift, and a mastery of it for the purpose of  relieving discomfort and pain while accelerating emotional evolution.

The other side of this understanding is how to help nurture the natural Toggling process for others, so we can support them with minimal interference and without derailing ourselves when intense situations arise.  We really want to facilitate other peoples natural evolutionary process, at the same time continue on our own.

The first class I teach is 16 hours dedicated to understanding the emotions as energy, understanding the Toggle process, how it works, how to use it, and when.  I mentioned in my book that Toggling is actually a natural process that has occurred for everyone at some point.  Our "Toggle" technique is really just learning how to harness this process.
The second class is about gaining a clearer understanding of the natural Toggle processes that are ongoing, and how to nurture them.  Also, the second class will delve into applications of the Toggle for strong goal setting and quicker manifestation of those goals, all the while supporting others along the way.  You will learn about the double helix concept within the emotional system which is two distinct layers, and the three stages of changes needed to arrive at a goal manifestation.  We can truly call this the quickening.

Please visit the website, read the book, download the audio, watch the webinar and sign up for the next class.

Tracting with the 5 elements.

We are entering the Earth Element season.  This is the time of manifestation.  Reaping what we sow, and accepting the consequences of our actions. This is the element of attainment. Goals set in the Water Element are manifest in the Earth.  Strengthening our ability to manifest goals is the focus of this blog.  Let's start at the beginning.

It is time to revisit the Water and reflect on the goals you want to achieve.  Pay very close attention to the feelings that come up when you start to set your intentions.  Pull each feeling in until your mind is calm and contemplative. From this quiet space your goals and intentions can be set.  Once you have set a goal the other five elements respond very quickly to adjust to the goal.  You can observe this adjustment if you know how to understand the negative emotional responses. For instance; if you set a goal and then become irritable, it is an indicator that the Wood Element is needing to strengthen boundaries in order to achieve the goal.  Pull in the irritability and your boundaries will automatically get stronger. If anxiety or despair rises then we know the Fire Element is adjusting to the new goal. Pull in the feeling and this will strengthen your resolve.  If worry or indifference is felt, pull it in and this will prepare the Earth Element for the new goal.  If sorrow or grief arises then the Metal Element is needing attention so past issues can be released to make room for the new intention.
The lesson here is to recognize each negative emotional response as a elemental purging and preparation for the attainment of the goals.  Most often we react to these emotions as obstacles, but with Toggling we see them as the access point to the attainment of the goals.  Each negative emotion that is Toggled will strengthen an Element to the exact measure needed to manifest the outcome you want.  As Always Toggle On!!

Despair runs deep

The Fire Element is purging some deep pain at this time for many people.  Despair feels unbearable.  Hopelessness seems to swallow us up as we focus on it.  In order to successfully transform such painful emotions you will need to utilize the wave application of the Toggle Technique.  It is not uncommon to spend the better part of an hour pulling in this level of pain.  It will feel like an eternity, but the energy will move.  Stay as focused as you can and pull in the pain, wave after wave until you feel calm and somewhat empty.  Then go to sleep for awhile.  You will wake up in a renewed yet tranquil space.

When the Good Stuff comes into your life, Toggle some more.

This blog is going to focus on the good outcomes in life.  We all know about the stress that is triggered by negative events, but what about our tendency to push away or discount the good aspects of life when they appear?

You know what you want, you have planned for the good things in life, you worked hard to achieve these things, but when you manifest them the next level of negative programming is activated. This is the Earth Element needing to balance.  Pay close attention to your thoughts when something good has been happened.  Focus on your caution, your suspicion, and your doubt.  These emotions block you from experiencing the appropriate satisfaction of accomplishing something you set out to attain.  Trace each negative argument back to its emotional feeling and pull it in.  Pull in the distrust and the doubt.  Pull in the belief that "nothing that good ever stays", the belief that what you are receiving isn't enough, the belief that you are not good enough to acquire these things permanently.  These are the negative emotions that cripple the Earth Element.  Pull these emotional blocks in and allow satisfaction and contentment to settle in.  Once you feel this shift, have a nice moment to yourself and enjoy it.

Shame??

A dear friend of mine called the a  few days ago.  He has been a part of the development of Toggling for several years now and he has taken the first in-depth class as well.  As we spoke he confided in me that he was a bit embarrassed that he didn't feel proficient at Toggling and was afraid he would be a disappointment to me.  I reflected back to the many discussions we have had, the classes I teach, and considered that I too needed to Toggle fear of disappointing others.  In relationship to my dear friend, I was afraid Toggling might not be "enough", and he was afraid his learning of Toggling was not enough.  Together we agreed we both needed to the underlying shame or fear of disappointing those we care about.  The irony is that he has gained so many insights into this work he has taught me much more than he realizes about the power of the Toggle!  We had a good laugh.

Looking forward to some anxiety and despair??

Well, you should be!  These are the emotions that restore our motivation, enthusiasm, joy and creativity.   The perfect recipe for a strong summer.  Pull them IN!

Start your Engines

The theme is going to be Fire.  Summer is the season of the Fire Element.  Fire is the apex of action.  We ponder, during the year, all of the things we would like to do in the summer months.  Summer is now here and for many apprehension begins to set in.  Imagining fun things to do is apparently easier than actually doing them.

Lack of confidence, anxiety, embarrassment a despair move to the forefront just as we are getting ready to finally have some fun.  The reason for this is simple.  These negative emotions are stored in the Fire element and we won't feel them intensely when we are imagining having a good time, but when it is time to fire up the engine and really get out there, these negative emotions are often the first thing we notice.

Knowing Toggling and the 5 Elements we now can view this experience from a new perspective.  Lack of confidence, anxiety, embarrassment, and despair are powerful energies moving to the surface for transformation so that you can accomplish everything you set out to do.  All of the courage, spontaneity, creativity, and motivation are right in your grasp as you focus on the difficult emotions and transform them, one by one.  Push your limits, let the fears rise to the surface, focus on them and pull them in.  You will find yourself having a grand time on the other side.

Using Some Fire to Rock the Boat

Today focus involves the Fire Element as it relates to our relationships, our energy levels, and our overall enthusiasm for life.  Fire element rules our actions in all areas including relationships.  Relationships often are the primary place where the walls of restriction in our communication are built.  Unfortunately those restrictions often result in producing and sustaining blocks in the emotional system which consequently reduces the vital energy available for life in general.  Life begins to lack Fire and flavor.

Let's look at relationships and the emotional system.  Think about those closest to you and think about the subjects that have become taboo.  How many things do you hold back from saying because your loved one will not approve, or will feel disapproved of?  Of course when the internal pressure builds up, these will be the very subjects that will come up in a fight.  Now consider the fights and the occasional positive after effect.  Ever wonder why you feel more energized, and ever wonder why make up passion is so good?  Well, finally being able to speak our truth flushes energy into the fire element where passion is stirred.  That's why.  The goal here is to speak our truth to those closest to us more consistently, fueling our fire element for more passion in general, and doing so without the fights.  Let us Toggle the fight out first.  Neutralize the over reactions we exhibit.

I can hear you now.  "Why go to all that work?  Best just to leave well enough alone."
I have news for you, speaking your truth is extremely good for your health!!

So now, how do we proceed?  Focus on  these "taboo" subjects and ponder the emotional overtones.  It is the emotional reactions that make these subject difficult.  Again, the biggest problem with limiting communication is that is automatically also limits our passion for life and our desires to share and  extend intimacy.  We do indeed sacrifice a lot when we avoid "Rocking the Boat".

Toggle each emotion that comes up when you consider the scary issues, and when you feel the fear of bringing the subjects up....  Toggle It.  Toggle the anxiety, the sense of betrayal, inadequacy, distrust, anger, despair, guilt, fear of abandonment, self loathing, etc.

Once these Toggles have been done revisit the issues in your mind and you will find it much easier to think about them, and you will possess more motivation to discuss them with your loved ones. Once you get to this place, where you are finding it much easier to think about the tough issues, and you are more willing to outright discuss the issues, then it is time to do exactly that.  Bravely, calmly, be willing to "Rock The Boat" a little.  You will find that after these Toggles you will be more insightful, more understanding of different perspectives, more able to hear what your loved one is really saying.  And I have more good news for you, they will be able to hear you better too!  This is the perfect emotional "soil" for growing some new opportunities in your relationships.

The best time to schedule a discussion is between 7 and 11pm when the Fire element is strongest for matters of relationships, and plan on discussing these things without the need for alcohol.  You wont need that drink for courage anymore, because your courage will be intact.  This approach fuels more energy into the Fire element improving heart function, circulation, digestion, and hormone balance, resulting in higher vitality, enthusiasm, and motivation.  Oh yeah, and Passion!

Getting Sick? Toggle It!

All illnesses have an emotional component.  Whenever you feel sick, tap into the feeling base and focus your Toggles there.  Many icky, frustrating, fearful, disgusting feelings can be accessed during an illness. At times, so much stuff may come up that you may spend the entire evening, into the wee hours of the morning Toggling, but the shift you experience on the other side will be deep and valuable.  Often times we get sick when stressful reminders from the past has been activated and we are desperately trying to suppress the discomfort.  This "activation and re-suppression" of old stuff is exactly what weakens the body's immune system at any given time and makes us vulnerable to illness.

On the positive side, at the moment of illness some very deep reserves of energy are present in the form of the stress, and this is exactly why the Toggling can be so effective in not only reducing the symptoms of many illnesses, but also in bringing deeper balance to the body overall, making you stronger after the illness than you were before.   So when you get sick, GET YOUR TOGGLE ON!

Metal and Wood Synergy

Synergy exists between the Wood Element and the Metal Element.  As we have mentioned previously, spring is the season of the Wood Element.  The climate of spring pumps more energy into the Liver and Gallbladder meridians purging the anger and frustration range of emotions. We have been working on those emotions in the last weeks.   Now we will shift our focus to the Metal element.  The negative emotions of the Metal Element are the emotions of grief, sorrow, longing, self pity, or greed.  Next we consider what a balanced Metal Element is like. When the Metal Element is balanced we experience clarity, discernment and a sense of mental freedom.  Natural orderliness produces better memory function as well.  A distinct ability to integrate lesson, sort out value, let go of the past and move freely onto new endeavors is the gift of the Metal Element.  The mental "clinging onto the past" lets us know that emotions of loss are stored and disrupting our progress.  The interplay between the Wood Element and the Metal Element is common to all of our experience.  When a rage takes us over, it is common to feel grief rise after. Conversely, when grief takes us over it is also common to experience rage intermixed with the grief?

Let's look a little closer at the similarities of the two Elements in their positive expression. With in the Wood element we find our insights, we make plans and decisions, and set our boundaries.  Within the Metal Element we reflect on what is good for us and worth keeping and what does not serve us and needs to be discarded. In the Metal Element, we sort things out, we put things in order, and then move on to the next goal.  Setting boundaries in the Wood Element and sorting things out in the Metal Element are two similar functions and the balance or imbalance of one of them will produce balance or imbalance in the other.  Since we have had our focus on the Wood Element this season we will now visit the Metal Element to honor the connection between them.  To determine the condition of the Metal Element consider these functions.  Do you have any physical complaints in the lungs, large intestine, sinuses or on the skin.  These are the physical territories of the Metal Element.  Next, look at your environment.  It is in order or is it cluttered and messy.  Do you have a distracted nature that losses track of tasks that need to be completed?  Disorder in these ares are a sign the Metal Element needs balancing.  If you answered yes to any of these questions then this next Toggle is for you.  Put your focus on losses in your life that you have not fully let go of.  Let yourself visit painful experiences of the past and let yourself again experience the literal pain of the loss.  Don't talk yourself out of this pain as it comes up.  Allow it to surface.   Then focus on this pain and pull it in.  You may also put pressure on the Metal pulse point as you conduct this Toggle to make the shift more complete.  If any anger or fear follows once the grief has shifted, then address those emotions as well.  When you have completed this exercise go back to your clutter and see what happens.

Crystal, I love your feedback.

Many of us have been struggling with the Spring's Wood Element issues.  We are having similar successes and struggles.  Keep up the good work as we will continue to make adjustments to the anger range of emotions for a few more weeks.  Let me know when you see a marked improvement in your plans, decisions and insights as we would expect with Wood Element applications.

Self Criticism still lingering?

We approached our defense mechanisms and our offense mechanisms in the last two posts.  Toggle the shield and the sword seems to be a fitting title for these Toggles. The goal is to produce an emotional environment of mastery as we enter the warm summer of the Fire Element.  These shifts from sword and shield to a calm patience will allow profound clarity to replace most conflict we encounter.  As a result of these two Toggles the emotional system will often reveal hidden self criticism stored deeper.  Our strength is now going to get even deeper.  Close your eyes and allow your criticisms to emerge. Every single one of them.  Focus on the feeling of each one and then gratefully pull it in.  Each self attack will restore valuable energy to the positive field of emotions and will enhance the Fire Element within.

Flip side of being defensive is being critical

Today is another great opportunity to balance the Wood Element and relieve itchy eyes.  We already focused our attention on being defensive last week and pulling in our reactions to attack and criticism.  The other side of the coin is our criticism of others.  The connection criticism has to our allergic eyes is this; when we are around those who we are critical of, but we don't want to say anything mean or nasty, then we suppress our criticism.  The suppression causes agitation in the Wood element affecting the eyes.

To perform a Toggle that would relieve the itchy condition, think about the people who really bother you in some way. Imagine voicing the criticism you have about them.  As you do this emotional energy will be released.  It feels like a rush.  Focus on this energy and pull it in. Then notice how good your eyes feel.  The itching will be gone.  If it returns, pay close attention to who you are around or who you are thinking about.  It is very likely that you are holding criticism about the person in your mind.  Repeat this Toggle and the itchy eyes will be relieved.

Spring has Sprung

Good day to you.    The publisher expects the book to be available on Kindle next week.  Our first webinar was conducted yesterday.  I was very pleased with the feedback.  Please go to the website, www.toggleit.com. to find out more about online classes being taught.

That last Toggle discussed made some great changes. Tree allergy season is upon us.  The last Toggle on defensiveness helps relieve the itchy reactions in the Wood Element.  For allergies, we also need to address Earth, which is worry and Metal which is grief, sorrow and other emotions of loss.  The "worry" Toggles help reduce the mucous production while the "grief" and "sorrow" emotional Toggles improve the sinuses.  Focus on things you are worrying about as well as the grief of losses in the past.  It is helpful to put pressure on the corresponding pulse points as you do these Toggles.  When you are finish, return to the Water Element question of "What do I want?" and answer it, if only to set the goal for the day.  This will help relieve allergy symptoms and give you the emotional fuel you need for a great week.

Defensiveness

Today we again focus on the Wood Element.  The defensive emotions of anger, frustration, bitterness, and resentment are all associated with the Wood Element.  Last week we focused on impatience and this week I will highlight defensiveness.  This emotion usually runs on automatic pilot.  Chronic defensiveness in the mind stirs a hyper defensiveness in the body as well in the form of itchiness and inflammation.

Since being defensive is often a chronic emotional condition, we have to get creative in order to isolate the feeling for a good Toggle session. To do so, write down a list of people you believe to be critical of you.  One by one, look at each name are recall or imagine their criticism of you.  With each one focus on the feeling it stirs up in you and pull it in.  As you move to the next person, repeat the process.  As you pull in the defensiveness you feel, it is helpful to envision strength and beauty coming to you out of each Toggle.

If you are chronically defensive you may also find yourself often imagining being criticized by strangers as well.  Every time you notice yourself feeling attacked, whether it is real or imagined, stop and pull in the feeling. This can take the better part of a week to complete, after which you will experience calm level of clarity, which is a gift from the Wood Element.  All of your relationships will improve along with your skin and itchy conditions.

Impatience in the Spring

Spring time is the time of the Wood Element.  Hypersensitivities to pollens and dust aggravate allergies and sinuses.  Impatience is a key emotion related to the Wood Element.  Many of us who Toggle everyday are feeling it.  Practice moving slowly through your routines this week.  The strain that comes up as you deliberately move slowly is the emotional energy you want to pull in. You will likely pull in this strained feeling for a few days. Clarity and grace will begin to replace the impatience.  Mentally, a serene gentleness will allow for more efficiency as you conclude Toggling the "hurry it up" feeling brought on by the spring weather.  Not only will your mind relax but also your allergic reactions will improve as well.  Use the Wave Toggle since this application will likely take a few days to complete.  If you are monitoring your pulses, check in with the Liver/Gallbladder pulse point to feel the changes there.  A free webinar introducing the Toggle Technique will be conducted on March 15th at 4:00pm Mountain Time.  Please contact us through the website for more information.  www.toggleit.com

Toggle It

The last blog highlighted our journey of self acceptance.  This is not an easy road.  Loving oneself, in context of the Toggle approach, is a process of eliminating the self-hatred and self-condemnation feelings that pervade our more subconscious layers, and then consciously deciding to appreciate this amazing body we are entrusted with.  Bringing the negative feelings to the forefront is first our mission.

The body obviously responds to our negative emotions or else we would have never had the amazing successes using this technique to improve health and eliminate pain that we do.  Knowing this connection to be true we will use Toggling to address the emotions we feel toward the body.  Look in the mirror and slowly scan your body, noticing how you feel about it.  Toggle each feeling as it comes up.

Seasonally we are entering the Wood element time of year where anger, discouragement, and judgments are stored.  By focusing on Toggling your physical self judgments you can add strength, flexibility and control to your energy system and to your physical body.  As you do this Toggle, watch for 'cringing hatred', fear, and shame as you scan your body, and pull in those feelings, one by one.  When you are done, look in the mirror again and notice how much more relaxed and appreciative you feel about being in your skin.  Now, go have a good day and love the skin you're in!

Love Thyself

We have been working on focusing our love as it goes out to those we care about, and now we will practice allowing the love to include ourselves.  Here is a trick to bring up blocks we have to appreciating ourselves as lovable.  Sing a love song to yourself and feel the tensions and self criticisms emerge.  Focus on each one and pull in the negativity they reveal. This will improve the function of the Earth Element.  The result will be a deeper sense of well-being and contentment with oneself.

Tuesday, February 8, 2011

If you did the Toggles recommended in the last post you may be finding yourself in a deep funk of reevaluation as the emotional system goes through its changes.  Stay the course and Toggle each feeling of self disappointment you experience.  Use the Wave Toggle track from the download for this level of change.  With in a day or two you will be cheerfully on the other side ready to make your Valentines Plans.
If you are single and you followed the suggested Toggles, you will find yourself settled and clear about what you want in a relationship without feeling the needy, depressive disappointment that can be brought on by this season of romance.

Staying Warm

The blizzard is making its way across the country.  Bitter cold is at the top of the news.  The human body has marvelous abilities to maintain body heat when the Triple Warmer is strong and healthy.  We have discussed Triple Warmer issues in the last post, which relate to our emotional ability to give and receive warmth in relationships.  We highlighted this function because of its place in romantic interaction.  This time we will put the focus on the physical aspect of maintaining optimum body heat.
If you are angry at a loved one your Triple Warmer will be out of balance and you will have a much more difficult time  physically staying warm.  When angers and disappointments are resolved, the body heat will find balanced and health, even in sub freezing temps.  To use the Toggle tool for this area of health improvement, simply imagine giving a warm embrace to the person you are angry at. This imagining will bring up the stress of resistance and tension we want to target.  Pull in this tension using the Toggle Technique, until you feel relaxed. Within about 10 minutes your Triple Warmer should be balanced and your body heat will substantially improve.

Experiencing Deeper Love

The month of Love is upon us and many doubts, insecurities, and disappointments can ride in on Valentine’s Day.   Elementally, the Water and Fire systems of the Triple warmer and Pericardium are activated whenever we are connecting intimately with loved ones.  A healthy heart and circulatory system needs a healthy approach to relationships.  These two systems of the pericardium and the triple warmer are emotionally blocked by these dilemmas we encounter in relationships; insecurities, the need to be adored or noticed, the dread of not being enough, distrust of intentions, attachments to disappointments, and by procrastination.
Check within your heart and search for your emotional reactions to sharing deeper love and intimacy.  Find the tensions which reside there and, one by one pull them into your awareness.  Once you have shifted these stresses, you will feel more relaxed and be more inclined to spontaneously initiate romance.  Inflammation in the body is also improved when working with these two systems.  Allergies and sinus problems can be improved when these two systems stabilize.
These Toggles reach deep and can stir up deeper grief and self doubt.  Toggle through these shifts and in a few days new land refreshing levels of confidence will emerge.  If you start now you will be on the other side, with your passion revved up and raring to go by the 14th.  Have Fun!

If one of your resolutions was to get into better physical shape then you are probably dealing with sore muscles

Jan. 23, 2011  Pain in the body can be addressed using the meridian charts.  Working out will highlight your weak areas.  Toggling can be focused to strengthen those exact areas.   Chart your pain on the meridians and determine which element is involved.  Each meridian pathway represents an element.  Note which emotions affect the element you are working with.  You may proceed with the emotional toggle to fortify this element or you may start with a pain toggle on the audio cd.  When you focus on the pain instead you will notice some emotional overtones intertwined with the pain.  Pull the entire experience in for the best healing results do to work out fatigue or injury.  You may also use the Toggle technique to pull in all the discomfort you feel while working out.  Instead of stressing your mind with doubt or self punishment, pull in everything you feel.  This will yield a much better workout and better self image when you are done.

You have had a few days of starting your new resolutions

Jan. 15, 2011  You are likely stirring up old procrastinations.  Let your mind focus on the excuses you make for putting off the work you set up a days ago.  Notice the feeling that pervades these excuses and pull that feeling in.  This will activate a clearer Wood and Fire element where your goals are moving toward actualization.  Pull in frustrations, confidence issues, and embarrassments that may come up as you set out to change patterns that don’t suit you any more.

Revisit your goals today

Jan. 8, 2011  Look for any residual fears or discouragements and pull them in.  Also contemplate your financial picture.  Often after the holidays we dread the bills.  Let the dread rise, focus on the feeling of it and pull it in.  This process will make deep corrections in some careless spending patterns for the future and will make the chore of catching up less stressful.

Welcome to the "Toggle It" Blog

Jan. 1, 2011  Today marks the 150 day drum roll to the coming out of the Toggle It book.  The Book will be available in the major online bookstores in May of 2011.  For those of you who already know this work, this blog is for you.  You know the technique and from here I will give you creative uses for it to make this a wonderful year of evolution.  For those of you, who are new to Toggling, please be patient.  The book will be worth the wait.  In the mean time, go to the website at  http://www.toggleit.com/ComplimentaryDownloads.html and download the free audio instruction kit, and begin practicing.  The more you use it the more this blog will make perfect sense to you.  For those of you who want even more mastery, go to the classes page on the website and watch for the online workshops being made available early this year.
The New Year is starting and fresh perspectives are readily contemplated.  Winter is the time of Water where we rest and contemplate what we want.  What is our purpose, our intention and our passion?  Water element also houses the negative emotions of Fear, distrust, overwhelm, carelessness, and unworthiness.  We make new resolutions each year. Some stick and some do not.  On this blog we will approach this year from the Toggle perspective to establish more understanding of and success in our endeavors.
Begin by making a list of changes you want to see.  As you make the list you will notice tension build up of fear of failure.  These fears can stop you in your tracks at which point you will want to put down the pen and turn on the TV for distraction, or the fear may be a quiet type of tension or subtle discomfort you will likely want to ignore.  Today we will not ignore the shadow stresses.  In the Toggle approach we make a list of changes, not for the sake of changing but instead for the focus on our reaction to the changes we desire.  Here we will instead tackle those reactions.
Once you have made your list of changes, imagine failing at your resolutions. Notice the part of your mind that argues with your desires to improve.  Feel the self loathing, the disappointment, the dread.  Let this feeling be your focus and then, using the Audio Toggle recording, pull the feeling in using the wave application.  As these stressors release, one at a time, you will find your mind getting quiet and peaceful.  If any additional emotional struggles emerge follow the Toggle process and pull each one in until your mind is quiet.   You have now entered into your positive Water Element.  Now revisit the goals you set out.  You will feel a deeper confidence in your intentions.  From this space your changes are much more likely to stick.
Another area of stress is the issues that come up in personal relationships during the holidays.  Often tension rise along with expectations, leading to resentments and disappointments that linger into the New Year.   Use the audio instructions and focus on each of your relationships and Toggle the tension that resides there.  Many of these Toggles will activate a positive influence in your Metal Element allowing you to better evaluate what is good for you and what is best to let go of.  You will also find a more playful mood replace the bitterness.  This playfulness activates better immune function and is very beneficial for those of you who are recovering from the seasonal viruses.
